Pink Pistachio – Returns & Exchange Policy


At Pink Pistachio, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our garments and your
satisfaction with every order. Please review our policy carefully before returning an item.


1. General Returns Conditions
All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery, in original, unworn, unwashed
condition with all Pink Pistachio tags and packaging intact, free from marks, stains, and
odours (including make-up, deodorant, tan, tobacco, or perfume). Items must be returned
using a tracked shipping method. Items not meeting these standards will not be accepted.


2. Faulty or Defective Products
All items are inspected prior to dispatch. If you receive a faulty item, notify us within 30
days of purchase. Once confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we’ll replace or refund the
item and reimburse postage costs. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of
receiving your return. Original delivery fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.


3. Exchanges and Store Credit
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size, or fit. However, you may request an
exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return
postage and postage for the exchanged item.


4. Swimwear and Intimate Apparel
For hygiene reasons, items must be tried on over underwear. Tags and hygiene stickers
must remain intact. Returns will not be accepted if the seal or tags are removed or if the
item shows signs of wear.


5. Jewellery
Due to hygiene regulations, jewellery sales are final. Jewellery damaged after purchase
cannot be returned or refunded.


6. Sale Items
All sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned,
exchanged, or credited, unless confirmed faulty.


7. Proof of Purchase
All returns and exchanges must include proof of purchase — your order confirmation or
receipt.


8. Gift Vouchers and Promo Codes
Gift vouchers can be used online only and are valid for one use. No change or partial
refunds are offered. Gift vouchers and promo codes cannot be exchanged for cash or
combined with other offers.


9. International Customers
Buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees in their own
country. If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid fees, Pink Pistachio cannot
process a refund. We are legally required to declare the full order value on all customs
documentation.


10. Returning Your Purchase
Contact us at info@pinkpistachio.com with your order number and return reason.
Repack the item securely with all tags and packaging intact. Return via a tracked courier
or postal service. Pink Pistachio cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or delayed in
transit. In cases of confirmed manufacturing faults, we will reimburse return shipping costs
once verified.


11. Care and Handling
Follow the care label instructions carefully. For delicate fabrics, we recommend gentle cold
hand wash and steam ironing. We cannot replace items damaged by incorrect washing or
handling.


12. Liability
We reserve the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if the above terms are not
met.
